Job Description
Our client is looking for a junior candidate to function as a User Support
Analyst to support their clients in their Global Production
Support/Transportation area.
This associate will primarily be responsible for production support of EDI for
all transactions types within Transportation and Logistics.
The Support Analyst will also be responsible for assisting in the coordination
of rollouts of new Vendors and Carriers on various EDI Transactions.
Documenting the EDI approach and process will also be a responsibility of this
position.
