Do they want two implied decimals or a real number with a decimal place and two
significant positions to the right of it?

Both my 4010 and 5010 maps show it to be a numeric 1-10 with two implied
decimal places. So $10.00 is displayed as 1000.

All that aside what you will likely discover at the end of this exercise is
that they are the CUSTOMER and if you want the invoice paid you will send it to
them the way they want it. I applaud any attempt to get them to see reason and
be compliant, however.
