In e-commerce, a "Reputation System" collects and distributes feedback on products/services or sellers based on users online experiences. The feedback can be in different forms; it may be in the form of textual comment, numerical or symbolic format (star or number ranking). Using reputation system helps people to decide which product/ service or seller to trust, based on the submitted feedback by other users. For example, the "I was very satisfied with the quality of the product "is an example of a feedback in a reputation system (e.g. eBay). Survey structure The survey has three parts. First you will answer a set of background questions about yourself and then part B and C contain some questions regarding your perspective on reputation systems.
