Hi All,
I need to restore the business process data that was processed a week ago. When
I tried Operations->Archive Manager->Manage restoring business process and
entered the specified Arc_Data folder, and then tried searching business
process from restored tables but nothing came out.
I found out that the Schedule_BackupService on that day got halted and my
Arc_Data folders have not been updated with with the archived data on that day.
The life span for that BP in live tables is only for 2days and then it should
archive.
Is there any possibility that I could retrieve the missing data by running the
backup service manually again
Please suggest me asap.
