Hello Paul,

I'm not familiar with Red Tail, have to look them up. I'm sure the other here
will tell you 'it depends' a LOT on volume and integration requirements.

I personally recommend Liaison/Softshare Delta/ECS as an in-house solution if
you desire a SQL based solution. There are many many others.

The question is why the switch from where you are, what is the current volume,
number of Trading Partners, what is the current budget/expenditures and what do
you expect to gain by a 'switch'?

Let me know if I can be of assistance!

Cheers,

Skip Stein

I am currently seeking a new EDI solution for our company and wondered if any
SUPPLIERS out there are utilizing Red Tail EDI Services for their EDI? We do
typical supplier EDI - receive 850, 852, 860, 997 and send 810, 855, 856, 997.
Looking for pros, cons, real world experiences, gotchas, etc.

Thanks for any info.

Paul
