Independent Technical Recruiter
The Independent Technical Recruiter will build and maintain long-term 
relationships with consultants. This includes identifying, selecting and 
pre-qualifying consultants' relative to project openings; presenting consulting 
opportunities to consultants, negotiating bill and pay rates. 
This is a very attractive opportunity with recurring revenue built into the 
compensation structure.
Responsibilities include:
o       Proactively establish relationships with prospective IT consultants 
o       Qualify consultants by proactively reviewing resumes
Qualifications: 
o       Assertive and outgoing personality 
o       Possess a polished and professional image 
o       Great communicator and good listener
