I believe that it should be possible to do this so that the change is 
'invisible' to your trading partners; they will be able to use the same 
sender and recipient addresses in the EDI envelope. GXS will have to do 
some work under the hood to implement it, but they are keen to migrate 
users from the older networks such as IBM IE to their TGMS system, so 
you should get good support from them.

I still have a sneaking fondness for IBM IE. I always felt that it was 
the VAN which had the richest functionality.
