Hey Y'all! I am currently going through a department by department review of processes and procedures as we finalize everything in preparation of a June EDI roll-out. I was curious what exercises and or checklist type items anyone on this list may have used in the past that they felt was beneficial for go live/roll out planning . . . I am building from scratch here and working in a retail /hard line goods space. Rolling from the gates with the standard 850,855.856.810. Less than a dozen partners n first wave. We are a manufacturer.
I guess I am having the jitters and was hoping to jog some memories from some of you on this list who have conducted similar exercises in the past. I had checked the archives and nothing was returned around this kind of broad overview so perhaps this can even lead to <off topic> discussion. Ay insight directly or via the list is appreciated!
