This new toolchain wants to be architecture independent. And I would like to
deprecate ARMGCC and ARMLINUXGCC to only support the GCCxx toolchains.

You are right about the intentional line change. I wanted to remove it but I
forgot.
You are also right with the use of IASL instead of MS ASL.
