Hi Marwan,
I had a similar (sporadic) problem last year which came out of nowhere (no
changes in Tools etc...). The solution was that Anti-Virus SW was locking some
files and this resulted in the build error. Stopped the Virus-SW => build
worked stable.
Maybe this helps for you too...

Hello,
I have been having a problem making a BIOS build on my computer for the last 3
weeks. Someone suggested that I clear the Conf directory and retry, but that
did not help. I also uninstalled all my build tool like Visual Studio and
reinstalled them, but that did not help either.
Can I please get some help with this?
