I have 8G memory and they work well.
From the log, the error means creating a new table in SqLite3 database fails.
You can remove all the files in $Workspace/Conf/ directory and try again.

It may be caused by compile tools. The tools cannot support memory larger than
4GB completely.
So please check the memory size. Remove rest memory from your computer, then
try again.
