MdeModulePkg: Update FirmwarePerformanceDataTableDxe for LegacyBoot
Change the code to listen EFI_SW_DXE_BS_PC_LEGACY_BOOT_EVENT instead of the
Legacy Boot event to provide more precise performance data.
