RedfishPkg/RedfishCrtLib: remove multiple definitions.
There are two definitions for below functions in RedfishCrtLib.h. Create
this change to remote duplicated functions.
Function list: strcmp(), strncmp(), strncpy(), strcpy(), strcat(),
strlen(), strchr(), strcasecmp(), strstr(), memcmp(), memset(),
memcpy(), memchr(), memcmp() and memmove().
