OvmfPkg/Bhyve: Bump DSC and FDF closer to OvmfPkgX64
bhyve's platform build has been left mostly stagnant since 2023 which
has resulted in UEFI Shell and iPXE stopping to build.
This patch bumps the platform build files to be more in-line with
OvmfPkgX64.

OvmfPkg/Bhyve: Drop SMM
bhyve does not currently support SMM.
The FDF tries including non-existing files when building with
SMM_REQUIRE, and even if we pretend the files are here, some included
libraries require the Q35 hostbridge which bhyve does not support.

OvmfPkg/Bhyve: Set PcdPlatformBootTimeOut to 1
Currently bhyve does not have a way to change the boot timeout and
the speed at which EDK2 boots an image is way too quick to enter setup.
Setting PcdPlatformBootTimeOut to 1 second should help with that.
