DynamicTablesPkg: Fix SMBIOS Type 4 error cleanup
Check the return status from StringTableInitialize() before using the
string table while building SMBIOS Type 4 records.
Free the string table on all error paths after successful initialization,
including string insertion failures, SMBIOS record allocation failure, and
invalid PPTT hierarchy traversal. Also free the partially allocated SMBIOS
record when hierarchy traversal fails after record allocation.
On the common error path, free any SMBIOS records already added to the
TableList before freeing the TableList itself. This avoids leaking records
when generation fails after one or more Type 4 records have already been
built.

DynamicTablesPkg: Fix SMBIOS Type 7 string table cleanup
Check the return status from StringTableInitialize() before using the
SMBIOS Type 7 string table.
Free the string table when adding the socket designation string fails and
after publishing the final string set into the SMBIOS record.
Also free any Type 7 records already added to TableList on the common
error path before freeing TableList itself.
