ArmPkg/ArmGicDxe: Validate GICv2 interrupt source
GicV2RegisterInterruptSource() forms a pointer into the registered
interrupt handler array before the source is validated by the enable or
disable path. An unsupported source can therefore cause an out-of-bounds
access in GicCommonRegisterInterruptSource().
Validate the source against the supported GIC interrupt count before
indexing the handler array and return EFI_UNSUPPORTED for an invalid
source. Document the source validation helper and the registration
function, including its parameters, unregistration behavior and return
values.
