At least on my system running the same command in the "Git Bash" shell
from https://git-scm.com/downloads works. Could you try that please?


Hi Tim,

Did you manage to apply the patch? If it would help, I could contact you via phone/IM/Skype/etc. to troubleshoot Git. Or could you try just going directly to SVN? I'm not sure how people apply git patches to svn.
