If you look at the Intel SSG training, it is mostly
Windows/VisualStudio-centric, and spends a lot of time on setup, maybe
it'll be helpful. It looks like 5/24 is the last update, grab both
Presentations and Lab zips.

IMO, besides a batch file, the EDK2 needs an MSI or NSIS installer for
Windows. A Python script that looked for any available installed
toolchains from the paths in the EDK2 tools def file, might also be helpful.
