Hello!

I've worked with my custom-built simple EDK II x64 applications (binaries
unsigned) on different systems successfully, but now I got a system where I get
the "Certificate Verification Failed" message each time I am trying to run any
of them.

First, I have confirmed that the EDK II / EFI Shell versions on systems where I
run successfully and those where I fail are the same (">ver" command returned
"UEFI Interactive Shell v2.1; EDK II; UEFI v2.40" in both cases). Second, I
have disabled the "Secure Boot" option in BIOS (since it feels to be related to
monitoring the unsigned EDK applications somehow) on the "problematic" system -
as a result, I do not get the error message anymore, but still the application
just finishes without being executed (no prints or actions - looks like silent
drop).

I am curious whether anybody had seen such failure happens knows what could be
the root cause.

Thank you in advance
Leonid
