I'm sorry -- where is the actual patch? I tried to build the TFTP shell command into OVMF's shell binary now, and it failed due to #include <Guid/NicIp4ConfigNvData.h> being unavailable. I assume this patch is fixing up the build, which makes me happy (and we might want to build the TFTP command into OVMF, going forward), but not seeing the patch on the list (and not being able to fetch it from a remote either) make me *very* sad.
