Foster: VS2015 tool chain has been added into BaseTools\Conf\tools_def.template. You can pull the latest EDKII to get it.
And, I also send the patch to fix VS2015 warnings in EDKII packages. Please apply them, then do VS2015 build. You will need to remove your Conf/boots_def.txt file to get the BaseTools/Conf/tools_def.template file copied over by the edksetup script.
