I discussed this with Leif on IRC.  We'll drop PATCH 6/6 and I'll
submit a different patch for review to remove these files:

 ArmPlatformPkg/ArmPlatformPkg-2ndstage.fdf
 ArmPlatformPkg/ArmPlatformPkg.dsc
