Hello All, would be interested to know about playing Audio notes in "UEFI"
examined default codec's are not installed in UEFI Audio driver have any generic hardware solution for Speaker & Microphone in UEFI? The chipset spec says "ACPI BIOS polls the DCKSTS.DM <http://dcksts.dm/> bit and when it detects it is set to 1, conveys this to the OS through a plug-N-play IRP. This eventually invokes the HD Audio Bus Driver, which then begins it's codec discovery, enumeration, and configuration process" (HD Audio Bus OS Driver) Audio codecs can be installed in UEFI?
