Version 2 of <http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.bios.edk2.devel/12722>. The Nt32Pkg, MdeModulePkg, and OvmfPkg patches have been committed; so this series only carries the ArmVirtPkg patches, with the second of those being adapted to Nt32Pkg (see the commit reference in the notes on patch #2).
