ProcessorInfo.ProcessorId is UINT64 type even it's valid value is UINT32. Use %x only output the low 4 bytes and keep the high 4 bytes in stack that will be output as the second parameter BistData. Typecast ProcessorInfo.ProcessorId to UINT32 could make BistData output correctly.
