When the driver is loaded, LoadImage() installs EFI_HII_PACKAGE_LIST_PROTOCOL on
the image handle if the image contains HII resource. 
So you can get the image package list through HiiPackageListProtocol,
And then add the image package list to HII database through NewPackageList API 
in Database Protocol.

i refered edk2/MdeModulePkg/Logo but the problem is how to pass logo.bmp to 
hiidatabase ?

Can somebody tell me how to add images to hiidatabase . I have image.png file 
and a image.idf file.
Is there something than has to be done during compilation ? like Vfr ?
can i use HiiAddPackages ?
