When the driver is loaded, LoadImage() installs EFI_HII_PACKAGE_LIST_PROTOCOL on the image handle if the image contains HII resource. So you can get the image package list through HiiPackageListProtocol, And then add the image package list to HII database through NewPackageList API in Database Protocol.
