I have compiled EDK2 NT32 FD firmware volume and when ever I try to run the Refind bootloader from inside the Shell it crashes the virtual UEFI environment though important to note that it runs with out issue inside OVMF firmware volume hosted by Qemu with all its menu options available where as inside Secmain it gets as far as displaying 'Initializing Refind ... ' before it crashes shortly there after.
