Among other things, the header file declares the functions that implement the VIRTIO_DEVICE_PROTOCOL members over virtio-mmio. The functions are defined in "VirtioMmioDeviceFunctions.c", and referenced in the initialization of "mMmioDeviceProtocolTemplate", in "VirtioMmioDevice.c".
