Ashish, At-least for Compiling AArch64 SCT binary, I will be sending out a series of patches today/tomorrow. We plan to have a stable edk2-test build based on edk2-stable201903<https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/releases/tag/edk2-stable201903> tag before UEFI Spring plugfest 2019.
