My first guess would be that the BIOS on the AMD system might not be PI 1.2
compliant and since you are developing under EDK2, you are likely trying to use
a PI 1.2 protocol in your code that isn't supported by that BIOS. You should
provide more information about how your program isn't working on the AMD
system. You might also see if the computer manufacturer of the system with the
AMD processor has released an updated PI 1.2 compliant BIOS.

Subject: [edk2] Question related to Intel / AMD Processor

Hi everyone.
One fast question.
I have an UEFI application that works correctly in several computers.
The problem is that thare is one desktop that It doesn't work.
On the computers that it work, I have Intel processors, and on the computer
that it don't work I have AMD processor.
I'm compiling the project using MdePackage.

Is there any possibility that the problem is because of the processor ?
Should I compile using other package ?

Thanks and Regards
Rafael Machado
