Just be aware that FrameBuffer is optional, and is not implemented on all graphics devices. Using Blt() is generally more reliable.

Yep, you can either use the FrameBufferBase address from EFI_GRAPHICS_OUTPUT_PROTOCOL_MODE and write directly there, or you can use GOP->Blt() to do the drawing for you.
