I see you committed the Ifconfig.c fix, but the updated
UefiShellNetwork1CommandsLib.uni is also required. String token name changed.

Please review the attached patch file and .uni file
Fixes 'ifconfig' command code so it will build. Needed a few more Perment to
Permanent changes.
Update the STR_IFCONFIG_PERMANENT_STATUS string token.
