SeaBIOS is. SeaVGABIOS shouldn't *need* to be. It just gets loaded as an option ROM by OVMF (OVMF asks the CSM to do it). Which means that your CONFIG_PERMIT_UNALIGNED_PCIROM setting is irrelevant — it's OVMF which refuses to invoke broken ROMs. -- dwmw2
