Hi, all
We update PCD database generation method from internal AutoGen C code to
external binary file. And, we also add PI spec SkuId and PcdInfo feature
support. These change needs to update BaseTools and MdeModulePkg PCD driver
together. But, they have no impact on platform code or DSC/FDF files. I attach
the patch for your reference. If you have any comment, please let me know.
Now, we plan to commit these changes on next week. After commit it, I will
send the notify email.
