Update the pci command code to change all Print() calls to ShellPrintEx(). This if for consistency and to resolve bogus "E" and "N" characters in interpreted output when %E and %N are used. Minor simplification to the PciPrintClassCode() function. Not functional change. Remove invalid duplicate gShellDebug1HiiHandle argument in STR_PCI_NO_FIND print.
