Hello Olivier and all. I'm writing this mail to ask you about ARM Generic Timer register when UEFI is running on EL2.
There are some codes that read and write Generic Timer registers in "ArmPkg/Library/ArmLib/AArch64/AArch64ArchTimer.c" In that code, we can't control the Timer registers which are related to hypervisor mode. As my understanding, we need to use CNTHCTL_EL2, CNTHP_CTL_EL2, CNTHP_CVAL_EL2 and CNTHP_TVAL_EL2 if UEFI is running on EL2. If there is something that I'm missing, Please feel free to tell me. Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rapidly troubleshoot problems before they affect your business.
