Getting EDKII to build with clang seems non-trivial, but by just
replacing the single file Thunk16.obj with the clang-compiled version
and rebuilding (and making sure the clang Thunk16.obj hasn't been
overwritten), I think it does seem to be working correctly in OVMF.

This isn't entirely surprising; I didn't actually *post* the patches
until the Thunk16 code was passing a visual inspection and all the
differences were cosmetic (in displacement size).
