I will sync BaseTool trunk (version r2631) into EDKII BaseTools. The version
used by EDK2 is 2610 (18/11/2013) while the latest version is 2631 (2/1/2014).
The changes include:
1. Fixed and Update PCD support
2. Removing unrecognized 'ULL' from assembly files
3. Add GCC48
4. Add ACPI support to ARM toolchains
5. Fix a bug about large file support.
