Yes, all HII drivers will generate the .hpk file which save the string info.
You can get all Unicode based on these .hpk files.

Hi Expert,
When add Chinese language support, we can't add the whole font database of all
of the Chinese chars due to flash size limitation, but can only add the ones
really used by driver.
So is there one way to collect the list of Unicode of Chinese char used by each
driver in EDK II build time? We notice one xxx.hpk is generated for some
drivers having VFR definition. It seems contain the binary image of the string,
but not sure if we can utilize this for this purpose.
