Hello Vincent,
No I have not seen that file. I don't even have an apps directory in my
codebase.
I believe I have installed uefi-edk2
Your point brings out a good question though. Is there a way to determine
from a codebase what is the current version/release?
The only thing I can find is that toolseup.bat has a 2013 copyright but no
version string.
BaseTools/buildnotes.txt has a file which contains some references to
edk2.sourceforge and 2007.
BaseTools/Source/C/Includes/Common/BuildVersion.h has this string #define
__BUILD_VERSION "Build 2640"
BuildNotes2.txt says Intel(R) Platform Innovation Framework for EFI
EFI Development Kit II (EDK II)
2011-12-14
EdkCompatilityPkg/Samples/version.env says EDK_BUILD_VERSION =
Edk1.06
edksetup.sh and edksetup.bat dont have a version subcommand/argument.
etc. I don't think there is a file that has the release of the sdk as a
whole.
Lastly, is the sample you mentioned for a different release?
