Hello Jaben,

Thanks for the response.  To be honest, I did not think it was wise to use
the compatibility stuff either since I am just starting out.

I simply want to move from the HelloWorld app to something more
significant.  Its hard when I can't get simple types to compile, eg.
UINT32.  I see that this type is defined in the compatibiilty/foundation
include files and that is why I was trying to pull it in.
