EDK2 doesn't support OTG. You have to implement it for your application.

Subject: [edk2] How to change default USB host mode to USB device mode
My tablet only has one USB 3.0 interface, and UEFI initialize it as host mode
in default. Can anyone help to point out for me how to change default host mode
into device mode (which step I need to take)?
