You might want to have only one EFI System Partition. The UEFI boot loaders (=grub) for both systems should be on that one (shared) EFI System partition. Since you installed the same version of RHEL(-6?) on both disks, it should even suffice to keep only one instance of grub-efi, on the one EFI system partition, and edit grub.cfg so that grub can boot either of the RHEL installations. In one sentence: edit the config file of whichever grub you can currently load so that grub can boot either RHEL-6 installation.
