Can you please review this one as well. We plan on submitting a few more
similar to this for the other Shell libraries soon
Cleanup UefiShellDebug1CommandsLib strings to :
* Follow a consistent style
* Add consistent sections: NOTES, EXAMPLES, RETURN VALUES, etc...)
* Wrap the text to fit in 80x25 formatted console output
* Remove excessive and very verbose examples output
