Dear ArmPkg Maintainer,
ArmPkg MemLibGeneric.c functions InternalMemScanMem8() InternalMemScanMem16()
and InternalMemScanMem32() post increment the pointer prior to returning it.
The copies of this file in MdePkg do not have this defect.
