I am looking for INFLATION and GNP monthly time series
(for the USA and/or other main countries in the world),
possibly for free.
For example an ASCII file like this would be good:
Year Month Inflation
1895 01 5.5
1895 02 5.7
1895 03 5.7
...
1999 12 2.1
