Tomorrow evening I will go to the AERA conference. One of my papers is
"Misconceived relationships between logical positivism and quantitative
methods." The latest version of this paper is online available at the
following URL:

http://seamonkey.ed.asu.edu/~alex/computer/sas/positivism.html

For a long time statistical methods are said to be based upon logical
positivism, a naive verification approach which gives a dichotomous
answer (true/false). This paper is my attempt to clarify this
misconceived relationship.

Any feedback will be welcome. Thank you for your attention.
