Dear friends, I am looking for formulas concerning the computation of posterior probabilities in discriminant analysis. I need to analyse clinical data (eye-clinic). If possible for quadratic discriminant analysis with (prior probabilities and normal distribution assumption) Especially for linear discriminant analysis with (prior probabilities and normal distribution assumption, homogeneity of covariance matrices) If you have the formuals at end, I would greatly enjoy it if you could send me a mail.
