I'm hoping you can be a little more explicit in your request, as I don't
recognize the term "bivariate regression". If you want to estimate the
parameters of a bivariate distribution (as in the bi-variate normal?),
then you don't need a regression to obtain these estimates. The
parameters can be estimated by standard statistical methods such as
maximum likelihood, method of moments, etc. On the other hand, if you
are interested in a regression which contains two independent variables,
then just about any regression text would explain how to do this.
