        Of course not.  Significance level cannot be computed:  it is an 
arbitrary choice of the investigator (or the analyst).  Commonly set at 
0.05, aka 5%, but other values are also be used.  Presumably what you 
want to compute is the observed probability of the results given the null 
hypothesis;  if this probability <= the significance level chosen, the 
results are said to differ significantly from the null-hypothetical value 
at that significance level.

        Which, presumably, is better than having to carry out the 
computations with a calculator (or with pencil & paper & one's personal 
interauricular computer !=).  Although it has been suggested on this list 
that Excel's standard computations often leave something to be desired.

        Sorry, I don't;  I use a statistical package (Minitab, mostly) 
for statistical computations, and the distribution functions are built 
in, available for use even when the desired p-value is not part of the 
standard output.  There are Excel users on the list, however, and some of 
them may be able to offer useful advice.
